Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in your cart. We may contact you to confirm it. We can cancel or limit an order if an item is unavailable or we cannot verify your details or payment, and we will let you know if that happens.

Prices and product information

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and may change without notice. We try to show products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery, JazzCash and EasyPaisa. For JazzCash and EasyPaisa, you must send the full amount and enter a valid transaction ID at checkout. Orders with payments we cannot verify may be delayed or cancelled.

Your account

Give us accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Using the website

• Do not misuse the site, try to disrupt it, or attempt to access other people's accounts or data.
• The Shaded Official name, logo, images and text belong to us. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Shaded Official is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version on this page applies to orders placed after that date.
